All the questionsHow does pickup work?
You pick a morning (9 to 11am) or evening (5 to 7pm) window when you book. The exact address near downtown Bellingham is in your confirmation. We load it into your car together.
Do I need to know how to set it up?
No. The tops sit on the subs, each box has one power cable and one signal cable, and there is a card in the case that shows the three steps. A phone, a laptop or a DJ deck plugs straight in.
What if something breaks?
A deposit hold goes on your card the day before pickup and comes off when the gear is back. We photograph everything together at pickup and at return, so a scuff that was already there is never your problem.
